Articles

Article 1
If you place another order for the same link while a previous order is still processing, the system will return an error and your balance will be lost.

Article 2
If your profile is private when you place an order, the system will mark it as “Completed” and no refund will be issued.

Article 3
If your order is partially completed or canceled (except for Article 2), your funds will be refunded. Please try placing the order again or use a different service.

Article 4
Do not place another order for the same account/post until the current order is fully completed.

Article 5
Bot followers and other services are not guaranteed in any way. Orders may remain pending for a very long time, may not start at all, or may face drops during or after delivery. By placing an order, the user acknowledges and accepts these risks.

Article 6
No refunds will be issued for incorrectly entered orders. mentalitymedya.net is not responsible.

Article 7
Orders related to +18, adult, betting, or illegal gambling accounts are strictly prohibited.

Article 8
Funds deposited into the system are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if an agreed-upon service is permanently removed.

Article 9
Do not change or hide your account or post IDs after placing an order, and do not make changes before the order is completed.

Article 10
By registering on our system and placing orders, all users agree to these rules. Users cannot complain or make claims in case of any failure.

Article 11
mentalitymedya.net reserves the right to modify the above articles without prior notice.

Article 12
In case of a system error, orders may fail and the user may lose their balance. By placing an order, the user accepts this risk.

Privacy Policy

mentalitymedya.net keeps user transaction records confidential and does not share them with third parties.
Orders are only shared with service providers. Data may be shared with official authorities if requested.
Credit card information entered on the payment page is never stored on mentalitymedya.net or service provider servers.
All payment transactions occur directly between the bank, PayTR, and your device.
Only the customer can access and modify their information. Unauthorized access by others is not possible.
By creating an order, you agree to receive notifications via email and SMS. You may unsubscribe by contacting us.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued. Balance can only be used within mentalitymedya.net.
Social media platforms may update their systems, and if drops occur, refunds cannot be made unless the service explicitly offers a refill.
If insults or abuse are detected against mentalitymedya.net staff, your balance may be canceled.
Accounts created with stolen cards or unauthorized payments will be permanently terminated.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If it fails to complete, the system will automatically refund the balance.

Terms of Use

By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

Your profile must be public before placing an order.
Social media platforms are constantly updated; there is always a risk of account closure. Avoid placing orders for new, copyright-violating, or unauthorized accounts.
Do not place another order for the same link until the current one is completed.
mentalitymedya.net does not guarantee against account closures or follower drops.
mentalitymedya.net is only responsible for the credited amount. If under-delivery occurs, the system will refund the missing balance.
The user is responsible for their own orders.
For Twitter bot orders, wait at least 6 hours after placing the order.
Bot followers are not guaranteed and may drop even the next day. Orders typically start within 72 hours.
Read the descriptions in the price list carefully before placing an order.
Orders placed for private accounts that show as “Completed” are not refundable.
Orders related to +18, adult, betting, or illegal accounts are prohibited.
Order processing time may be delayed depending on system load.
Deposited funds are not refundable, unless a service is permanently removed.
Do not change or hide your IDs after placing an order.
There is no 100% guarantee that orders will be delivered. Orders may remain pending for a very long time, may not start at all, or may be interrupted midway. In case of errors or technical issues, your balance may be lost. By placing an order, you fully accept these risks.
By registering on our system, all users agree to these terms and cannot file complaints afterwards.

Account cancellation can be requested via support ticket, and it is irreversible. mentalitymedya.net decides whether records are deleted.
mentalitymedya.net is not responsible for third-party websites.
mentalitymedya.net may contact users via email, SMS, phone, etc.
Users agree to compensate for damages caused by violations of the agreement.

Service Continuity

mentalitymedya.net may modify, suspend, or terminate its services.
Updated terms take effect once published.
Users accept these rights.
In case of violation of the agreement, memberships may be terminated without notice.
By filling out the registration form or placing an order, the user is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
